The Operating Model
How I deliver elite engineering at speed.
1. The Strategy Layer
Unlike an agency, you don't talk to a project manager. You consult directly with me to define the data model, core architecture, and business logic. I act as your Interim CTO.
2. The Execution Engine
Once the blueprint is set, I leverage my vetted internal team of developers to build the frontend and standard integrations rapidly, whilst I handle the complex backend and global state logic.
3. Delivery & Scale
The product is shipped. I ensure zero lock-in, clean code, and either stick around to scale it or cleanly hand it off to your internal hires.
