We worked with the founding team during the early product stage to design and develop the initial MVP and real-time fleet availability engine. The product subsequently evolved through additional development after our engagement.
A vehicle rental aggregator in a competitive metropolitan mobility market needed a scalable digital platform to connect vehicle fleet providers with incoming tourists and corporate travelers. Existing market platforms suffered from opaque pricing, clunky multi-step booking inquiries, and slow vehicle search across categories.
We designed and developed a unified mobility platform enabling customers to discover vehicles, verify real-time availability, and route booking inquiries directly to rental providers through automated direct messaging workflows.
We built a high-performance vehicle catalogue with sub-100ms geospatial fleet filtering by category, brand, transmission, and pricing tier. A real-time availability calendar was integrated to prevent conflicting reservations. We implemented automated WhatsApp Cloud API routing to deliver customer booking inquiries directly to rental depot operators with zero intermediary friction, paired with multi-currency pricing localization.
Maintaining instantaneous search response times while performing dynamic price calculations across seasons, durations, and security deposits.
