Multi-Warehouse Inventory & Outdoor Retail Platform
An omnichannel retail and logistics system orchestrating real-time stock synchronization across 4 national distribution centers, physical retail outlets, and an e-commerce storefront.
Our engagement encompassed architecture, inventory reconciliation logic, and initial retail launch. Further enterprise ERP connectors were continued internally.
A premier outdoor and adventure equipment retailer operating across physical stores and digital channels suffered persistent stock discrepancies. Rapid online order spikes led to overselling limited inventory, canceled customer orders, and manual warehouse reconciliation across 4 regional distribution centers.
We engineered an event-driven stock synchronization and order routing engine that provides real-time multi-depot inventory visibility and automated geographic order allocation.
We designed an event-driven messaging layer connecting store POS terminals, warehouse management systems, and the e-commerce storefront. Distributed inventory locks prevented race conditions during checkout. An intelligent order routing algorithm was implemented to dispatch orders from the closest fulfillment center with verified stock, reducing shipping times and logistics costs.
Preventing race conditions where two customers attempt to purchase the final inventory unit in separate distribution zones simultaneously.
Zero-loss event-driven stock synchronization across 4 national distribution hubs; eliminated overselling cancellations; 99.8% order fulfillment accuracy.
End-to-end technical leadership: domain modeling, system architecture, database design, hands-on production code, and zero-defect deployment.

You own the system.
The code. The infra. The data.
Software should not become valuable enough to matter and then be impossible for the client to own or operate.
Everything I build is 100% client-owned intellectual property from day one. You own the code, the accounts, the infrastructure, and the data. No vendor lock-in.
