Bellelily operates in one of the most competitive segments of online retail fast fashion. With customers purchasing from multiple countries every day, the platform needed to handle a large volume of traffic, product updates, promotional campaigns, and customer interactions without compromising performance.

The existing customer journey had several friction points across product discovery, mobile browsing, and checkout. As the product catalog continued to grow, maintaining a smooth shopping experience became increasingly challenging.
