Meyo CRM Building an AI Powered CRM & Sales Automation Platform for Modern Businesses
Meyo CRM was built to simplify internal sales operations and create a more organized workflow system for handling leads, follow-ups, and day-to-day team activities.
The client needed a platform where everything could be managed from one place without relying on multiple disconnected tools.
The main goal was to make the workflow faster, easier to manage, and less dependent on manual coordination.
As operations started growing, the existing process became difficult to manage efficiently.
Lead tracking was mostly manual, follow-ups were not always organized properly, and teams didn’t have clear visibility into ongoing activities. A lot of time was being spent on repetitive operational work instead of actual sales and communication.
There was also no proper centralized structure for:
tracking pipelines,
monitoring activities,
managing workflows,
or handling internal coordination smoothly.
The client wanted something simple, fast, and scalable not an overloaded CRM with unnecessary complexity.
Shubham Bhattacharya & his team worked on designing a custom CRM platform based on the client’s actual workflow requirements.

Automation was added in several areas to reduce repetitive manual tasks and improve workflow consistency across teams.

The Outcome
